About Me

Hello! My name is Alexandra and I'm a design enthusiast and book worm.

I've worked on a few projects that I'm quite proud of which include an adjustable table, modular backpack, writing tool for children, and cat home.

While in college, I designed this product which ended up getting sold to Bed Bath and Beyond. The product was originally inspired by being unable to watch Netflix in my dorm. From there - space and storage were limited so I tested this concept. It has since sold out multiple college seasons in retail and online.

I enjoy reading and consuming media. Specifically media around new technologies, innovations, and businesses.  My two recent favorite articles are the New Yorker's article on Estonia's e-citizenship and National Geographic's article on the power of the human brain

Included in NY Times article on Makerspaces. Click here.

For a bit of time, I blogged on Huffington Post. You can check out some of those articles here!
